Run’s consisted of
1mile à stairs 10 time (30 steps, 1 is up and down)
1mile à stairs 11 times
1mile à stairs 12 times..... etc..... to
1mile à stairs 15 times.
Completed 6miles
1 yorkie, good times
Lots of sweat
