Long day, short blog, 4 run’s in total early morning gossip run its great. Sun was shining, knew it was going to be hot. 2^nd run in Wollaton Park, up the banks through the tree’s some crawling and easy jog around the lake, back up the hill and the long home stretch.

3^rd and 4^th run’s in and around the city centre not as long as the ones in the morning but interesting, trying to dodge the millions of people around the city enjoying the sun shine.
